Payment by Invoice

We offer you the option to purchase the items on invoice or with installment payments. The following requirements must be met to ensure a purchase on invoice:

• A credit check must be performed, which needs to be confirmed by the company MF Group.
• Your contact information must be correct and properly filled out.
• We only ship goods to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Cash Payment at the Specialty Store
If you pick up the products, you can pay in cash. Combined payment with card and cash is also possible.

Advance Payment

You make your payment via online banking, at your bank, or at the post office. Payment information will be displayed after the order is placed. Once the payment reaches us, the shipment will be initiated, or you can pick up the goods.

Free Shipping

Shipping is Free

Peteruhren does not charge any shipping costs for deliveries within Switzerland.

We send every order by registered mail with A-Post through the Swiss Post.

Important: In rare cases, it can happen that the delivery gets damaged during transport. In such a case, we will, of course, replace the damaged items free of charge.

Please note that if you receive a damaged delivery, you must immediately report it to the postal service.

Return Policy

Exchange or Return

For all purchases, we grant a 14-day return policy. It is important that the merchandise has only been worn for fitting purposes and that the item is complete and undamaged. Please also keep in mind that the merchandise must be returned to us in its original packaging.

Our traditional watch store, founded in 1930 and a third-generation family business, is a Willisau institution in the heart of the town. In 1951, the store was opened at its current address.

In 1961, Senior Chef Anton Peter took over the business from his father and expanded the repair and watch and jewelry offerings. This allowed him to not only offer his customers an enlarged workshop but also a wider selection of watch and jewelry brands. Together with his wife Marlies Peter, they earned an excellent reputation not only for the repair service but also for the consultation and sales of internationally renowned brands such as Certina, Eterna, Oris, Tag Heuer, Zenith, and others. Anton Peter is now one of the few watchmakers in the region and takes care of the repairs of “his” watches in his watch workshop on a daily basis. Today, daughter Monika Kohler successfully runs the watch and optics store with her experienced team.
