Payment by Invoice

If you choose to pay by invoice or installment, please note that we assign the invoice claim to the company MF Group. MF Group will send you an invoice and a delivery note on our behalf. These documents will be sent electronically to the email address you provided. If you prefer, the invoice can also be sent to you by mail in paper form for an additional fee.

The credit check will be carried out electronically by the company FM Group during the ordering process. The data is protected throughout the process, and please understand that we have no influence over the assessment. We are always available to answer any questions you may have regarding delivery dates or shipping. Please also be aware that the option to pay by invoice or installment may be refused. Since we do not have access to the credit criteria of FM Group, we cannot provide any information if your request is declined.

If the outstanding payment is not made after the set payment deadline, you will receive a reminder from MF Group. Also, be aware that default interest and reminder fees may apply in case of delay.

Payment in Cash at the Store

If you pick up the products, you can of course pay in cash. A combined payment with card and cash is also possible.

Advance Payment

You make your payment via online banking, at your bank, or at the post office. The payment information will be displayed after the order. Once the payment is received, the shipment will be initiated, or you can collect the goods.

Credit Card / PostFinance Card

Payment is possible in the online shop. Supported methods are Visa, MasterCard, PostFinance Card, and PostFinance E-Finance.

Shipping is Free with Us

Peter Watches does not charge any shipping costs within Switzerland.

We send every order by registered mail and A-Post with Swiss Post.

Important: In rare cases, it may happen that the delivery is damaged during transport. In such a case, we will of course exchange the damaged items for you free of charge.

However, please note that if you receive a damaged delivery, you must report it to the post office immediately.

How long does shipping within Switzerland take?

We ship all parcels via A-Post, so they usually arrive within Switzerland the following day.

We accept credit card, PostFinance card, Twint, and bank transfer. For invoice payment, we collaborate with the FM Group.

We strive for accurate product images, but slight color variations may occur.

Yes, we offer a return option within 14 days. If the size doesn't fit, you can return the bracelets to us for exchange.

Can I modify my order?

Can I also return the product if I purchased it with a discount?

Yes, of course, you can return the bracelet if it doesn't fit, even if the bracelet was purchased using a promo code.

Do you only deliver within Switzerland?

We specialize in sales within Switzerland and offer common Swiss payment methods.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we accept international orders. However, these must be paid via bank transfer, and any customs fees must be covered by the customer.

What bracelet sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes XS, S, M, and L for our elastic pearl bracelets. Bracelet sizes range from XS with a circumference of 12 cm to L with a circumference of 21.5 cm.

Are the bracelets nickel-free?

Yes, our bracelets are nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin.

Can I personalize my bracelet?

Currently, we do not offer customization services.
